Customer Management
The Customer Management section allows administrators to view and manage all customers registered on the Skyship platform.
Key Features:
Customer Overview: Display a comprehensive list of all registered customers with essential details such as name, email, and registration date.
Search and Filter: Easily search for customers by name, email, or customer ID, and apply filters to narrow down results based on specific criteria.
Profile Access: Access detailed profiles of individual customers, including contact information and order history.
Support and Communication: Initiate and track customer support tickets, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
This section ensures administrators can efficiently manage customer relationships, maintaining an organized and user-friendly system.


Activate/Deactivate: Admins can toggle customer accounts between active and inactive statuses. This feature helps manage customer access and engagement based on their current status.
Delete: Admins can permanently delete customer accounts when necessary. This action removes all associated data from the system.

The Customer Information section enables administrators to access comprehensive details about each customer registered on the Skyship platform. This feature provides a detailed overview of customer profiles and interactions.

KYC Information
In this section, administrators can view KYC (Know Your Customer) information submitted by customers, such as Aadhar card, PAN card, and other relevant documents. This feature provides essential details required for identity verification and compliance purposes.
Document Viewing: Access and review customer-submitted KYC documents securely.
Verification Status: Monitor the status of KYC verification processes.

Other settings:
Credit Limit
Administrators can set up a credit limit for customers directly from this section. This feature allows customers to book shipments without having a positive balance in their prepaid wallet. The system will calculate and charge shipment freight from the credit limit established by the admin.
Customer Actions
Add Money to Wallet
Using this option, administrators can recharge a customer's wallet on the Skyship platform. This feature enables seamless management of customer accounts by facilitating easy and secure wallet recharges as needed.
Set Custom Pricing
The "Set Custom Pricing" option allows administrators to establish custom pricing for specific customers based on product types. This feature enables admins to offer dedicated pricing to customers, providing competitive rates compared to the default pricing.
Custom Pricing Setup: Admins can input custom pricing for each product type directly through this feature.
Flexible Configuration: Only the pricing values entered will override the default rates for the customer. Any pricing box left empty will default to the standard pricing.
Set Dedicated Carrier Code
The "Set Dedicated Carrier Code" feature allows administrators to assign a dedicated carrier code for specific customers. This functionality ensures that shipments booked by these customers are routed through the carrier code specified by the admin.
Custom Carrier Assignment: Admins can designate a dedicated carrier code for individual customers using this section.
Routing Efficiency: Shipments booked by the specified customer will automatically use the assigned carrier code, streamlining booking operations.
Create Temporary Password
The "Create Temporary Password" feature allows administrators to generate a temporary password for accessing a customer's account on the frontend. This functionality is useful when admins need to review customer insights without knowing or altering the customer's original password.
Temporary Access: Admins can generate a temporary password to securely access a customer's account on the frontend.
Insightful Viewing: Enables admins to view customer details and interactions from the customer's perspective without affecting their original login credentials.
Security and Control: Provides a secure method for administrators to manage customer accounts and ensure operational transparency.
Skip KYC
The "Skip KYC" feature allows administrators to bypass the standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for specific customers. This option is useful in scenarios where KYC compliance may not be necessary or feasible, enabling streamlined account management without the need for detailed verification procedures.
Administrative Override: Admins can skip the KYC verification process for designated customers directly from this section.
Enhanced Flexibility: Provides flexibility in account management, particularly for trusted or exempted customers.
Issue Credit Note
The "Issue Credit Note" action allows administrators to generate and issue credit notes to specific customers directly from this section. This feature is designed to facilitate financial transactions and resolve billing discrepancies effectively.
