Carrier Management

The Carrier Management section provides administrators with the ability to oversee and manage all available carriers within the Skyship platform. This feature allows admins to control the visibility and availability of carriers for customer shipment bookings.

• Carrier Listing: View a comprehensive list of all integrated carriers, including custom carriers like DHL, DTDC, and aggregator companies such as Nibuspost, Pickker, and Rocketexpress.

• Activation/Deactivation: Admins can toggle the status of carriers between active and inactive states directly from this section. When a carrier is deactivated, its services and products are no longer visible to customers for shipment bookings.

• Operational Control: Ensure that only active carriers with current service agreements and operational capabilities are available for customer use.
