Email Templates Settings

The Email Templates Settings module in Skyship provides administrators with access to all configured email templates used for sending notifications and updates to customers based on various activities. Administrators can edit the content of each email template, ensuring that placeholders marked with @xxx@ remain unchanged to maintain functionality. These templates are crucial for maintaining consistent communication with customers across different stages of their interaction with the platform.

Email Template Example: OTP Registration

• Purpose: This template is sent to users upon registration to verify their account using a one-time password (OTP).

• Variables: Ensure that variables marked with @xxx@ are preserved as they dynamically populate with relevant user and system information.

How to Edit Email Templates:

1. Access Email Templates Settings:

   • Navigate to the Email Templates Settings module from the admin dashboard.

2. Select Template to Edit:

   • Locate the OTP Registration email template within the list of available templates.

3. Edit Template Content:

   • Modify the content of the email template as needed, ensuring not to alter placeholders marked with @xxx@.

4. Save Changes:

   • Save the edited template to update the content across the platform. Verify the changes and test the template if necessary to ensure accurate delivery.
