Shipments Management

Overview

The Shipments Management section of the Skyship Admin Panel provides administrators with comprehensive tools to oversee and manage all shipments booked by customers. This page is designed to offer detailed visibility and control over shipment operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery processes.

Shipment Searching

• Order Number: Search for shipments using the unique order number assigned to each shipment.

• AWB Number: Locate shipments by their Air Waybill (AWB) number for precise tracking.

• Shipment Number: Find shipments using their specific shipment number.

These search functionalities help administrators quickly find specific shipments, reducing time and effort in managing orders.

Customer-wise Shipment List Filter

• Filter shipments based on specific customers. This allows admins to view all shipments associated with a particular customer, providing better customer service and management.

Shipment Data Filter by Status

• Status Filters: Admins can filter shipment data based on various statuses such as pending, in transit, delivered, and more.

This feature allows for efficient management of shipments by focusing on those that need immediate attention.

Shipment Actions Tab

• Shipment Label: Download the shipment label for any shipment.

• Shipment Receipt: Provides the option for admins to download the shipment receipt.

• Shipment Invoice: Download the invoice for the shipment.

• Shipment Tracking: Opens a dedicated tracking page where the team can see real-time tracking of the shipment using the carrier tracking API.

• Shipment Status Update: Allows admins to update the shipment status in real-time using the carrier tracking API. This ensures that the shipment status is always current and accurate.

Shipment Detail Page

The Shipment Details page in the Skyship Admin Panel provides a comprehensive view of all information related to a specific shipment. This page allows administrators to access detailed shipment data, ensuring complete visibility and control over each order.

Shipment Tracking Section

The Shipment Tracking section on the details page provides real-time tracking information for the shipment. This feature is integrated with the carrier's tracking API, allowing administrators to see the current location and status of the shipment along with other shipment details. This ensures that the team can monitor the progress of the shipment and take necessary actions if needed.
