Payment Gateway Settings

The Payment Gateway Settings module in Skyship allows administrators to manage and configure payment gateway options used for processing customer payments. Administrators can activate or deactivate payment gateways as per operational requirements. To enable a payment gateway, administrators must enter specific API connection details such as merchant ID, API key, and other necessary settings. Additionally, administrators can choose between live mode and sandbox mode for testing purposes.

Key Features:

  1. Activate/Deactivate Payment Gateways:

    • Enable or disable payment gateways based on operational needs. This allows administrators to control which payment methods are available to customers.

  2. Configure API Connection Details:

    • Enter merchant ID, API keys, and any other required credentials for each payment gateway. These details authenticate transactions and ensure secure payment processing.

  3. Mode Selection:

    • Choose between live mode and sandbox mode for testing payment gateway integrations. Live mode processes real transactions, while sandbox mode allows testing without actual financial transactions.

How to Use:

  1. Access Payment Gateway Settings:

    • Navigate to the Payment Gateway Settings module from the admin dashboard.

  2. Enable Payment Gateway:

    • Select the payment gateway to configure and enable. Enter the merchant ID, API key, and other relevant details as provided by the payment gateway provider.

  3. Choose Operation Mode:

    • Set the payment gateway to live mode or sandbox mode based on testing or production needs. Ensure all configurations are validated before switching to live mode.

  4. Save Settings:

    • Save changes to apply the configured payment gateway settings across the platform. Verify all details are accurate to facilitate seamless payment processing for customers.
