Serviceable Pincode Management

The Serviceable Pincode Management feature in Skyship allows administrators to efficiently manage the list of pincodes serviced by a particular carrier. This ensures that customers are provided with accurate and up-to-date shipping options based on their location.

Accessing Pincode Management:

• Navigate to Carrier: Click on the carrier ID to access the serviceable pincode list for that carrier.

• Pincode List: View and manage the list of all serviceable pincodes for the selected carrier.

Key Features:

• Search Pincodes:

  • Quickly find specific pincodes within the list using the search functionality.

  • Ensure accurate and efficient management of serviceable areas.

• Add/Edit/Delete Pincodes:

  • Add Pincodes: Manually add new pincodes to the serviceable list.

  • Edit Pincodes: Modify existing pincode details to reflect changes in service coverage.

  • Delete Pincodes: Remove pincodes that are no longer serviced by the carrier.

• Bulk Import Pincodes:

  • Import Option: Upload multiple pincodes at once using the bulk import feature.

  • Import Process: Download the sample Excel CSV file, adjust the data as needed, and import the file back into the system to add or update pincodes in bulk.

  • Efficient Management: Streamline the process of updating serviceable areas, saving time and reducing manual entry errors.
