Social Media Settings

The Social Media Settings module in Skyship allows administrators to manage and display social media account details on the front-end website for customer visibility. Administrators can add and configure links to various social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Twitter. These links enhance customer engagement and provide direct access to company profiles on these platforms.

Social Media Platforms:

  1. YouTube:

    • Add the URL to your YouTube channel. This link allows customers to view promotional videos, tutorials, or other content related to your services.

  2. Facebook:

    • Enter the URL to your company's Facebook page. Customers can follow updates, promotions, and engage with your brand through social interactions.

  3. WhatsApp:

    • Provide the WhatsApp contact link. This enables customers to initiate direct communication with your support team or inquire about services through WhatsApp messaging.

  4. Instagram:

    • Add the link to your Instagram profile. Customers can explore visual content, updates, and behind-the-scenes glimpses of your company's activities.

  5. Twitter:

    • Enter the URL to your Twitter handle. Customers can follow tweets, news updates, and engage in real-time conversations about your services.

How to Use:

  1. Access Social Media Settings:

    • Navigate to the Social Media Settings module from the admin dashboard.

  2. Add Social Media Links:

    • Enter the URL for each social media platform in the respective fields provided.

  3. Save Settings:

    • Save changes to apply the configured social media links. Ensure all URLs are accurate and verified to direct customers to the correct profiles.
