Shipment Report

The Shipment Report module in Skyship allows administrators to generate comprehensive reports on shipments within the system. Administrators can apply filters based on customer details, shipment status, and date ranges to refine the data. Once filtered, administrators have the option to download the report in Excel format for further analysis or archival purposes.

Key Features:

1. Filter Options:

   • Customer: Filter shipments by specific customers registered in the system.

   • Shipment Status: Refine results based on shipment statuses such as booked, in transit, delivered, etc.

   • Date Range: Select a date range to view shipments processed within a specific timeframe.

2. Generate Report:

   • Once filters are applied, generate a detailed shipment report containing relevant data.

3. Download Excel File:

   • Export the filtered shipment report into an Excel file format for offline access, analysis, or sharing.

How to Use:

1. Access Shipment Report:

   • Navigate to the Shipment Report module from the admin dashboard.

2. Apply Filters:

   • Select filters based on customer, shipment status, and date range to narrow down the report data.

3. Generate and Download Report:

   • Click on the download option to generate the report in Excel format.
