Special Zone Management
The Special Zone Management section in Skyship enables administrators to manage pincode lists associated with special interconnected zones. This feature allows precise control over which pincodes qualify for the Special Zone, facilitating accurate pricing and service availability for customers.
Pincode Listing: View a comprehensive list of all pincodes currently categorized under the Special Zone.
Search and Filter: Easily search for specific pincodes within the Special Zone list for quick access and management.
Add, Edit, and Delete Pincodes: Admins can add new pincodes, edit existing ones, and delete pincodes as needed to maintain an accurate and up-to-date Special Zone list.
Bulk Pincode Upload: Utilize the bulk import feature to upload multiple pincodes at once into the Special Zone list. Admins can download a sample Excel template, fill in the appropriate data, and import the file back into the system to update the pincode list efficiently.
Import Log: Access an import log that provides details about recent bulk import activities, ensuring transparency and accountability in data management.
Implementation Steps:
Download Sample Template: Admins download an Excel template preconfigured for bulk pincode import.
Update Data: Modify the template with the relevant interconnected pincodes for the Special Zone.
Import Data: Upload the updated template to add or update pincodes within the Special Zone list.
