Staff Management

The Staff Management module in Skyship allows administrators to efficiently manage staff users within the system. Administrators can add, edit, delete, activate, or deactivate staff accounts as needed. Each staff user can be assigned specific modules and privileges, dictating their access and actions within the admin panel. This module enhances organizational control by streamlining user management and access permissions.

Key Functions:

  1. User Administration:

    • Add Users: Create new staff user accounts by specifying necessary details such as username, email, and password.

    • Edit Users: Modify existing user profiles to update personal information or adjust access permissions.

    • Delete Users: Remove staff accounts that are no longer required within the system.

    • Activate/Deactivate Users: Enable or disable user accounts to control access based on staffing needs.

  2. Module Assignment:

    • Assign Modules: Allocate specific admin panel modules or functionalities to each staff user based on their role and responsibilities.

    • Privilege Management: Define access levels and permissions for each module to ensure staff users can perform tasks relevant to their roles.

  3. Login and Access:

    • Unified Login: Staff users access the admin panel using the same URL as administrators, logging in with their designated credentials.

    • Module-based Access: Upon login, staff users can view and interact with modules assigned to them, ensuring focused and efficient task execution.

How to Use:

  1. Access Staff Management:

    • Navigate to the Staff Management module from the admin dashboard.

  2. Manage Staff Accounts:
