Pincode Management

The Pincode Management feature in Skyship allows administrators to manage the list of pincodes within each city. This includes searching, adding, editing, and deleting pincodes, as well as importing pincodes in bulk using an Excel file.

Key Features:

1. Navigate to Pincode Management:

   • Access via City Name: Click on a city name in the City Management section to move into the Pincode Management area. This seamless navigation ensures efficient data management across different geographical levels.

2. Search Pincodes:

   • Quickly find specific pincodes within the list using the search functionality. This helps in efficiently managing and locating pincode data.

3. Add Pincodes:

   • Add New Pincode: Easily add new pincodes to the system by entering the required details. This ensures that the list of pincodes within each city is comprehensive and up-to-date.

4. Edit Pincodes:

   • Update Pincode Information: Modify existing pincode details to reflect changes or correct information, ensuring accuracy in the geographical data maintained in the system.

5. Delete Pincodes:

   • Remove Pincodes: Delete pincodes that are no longer relevant or required. This helps maintain a clean and accurate list of pincodes.

6. Bulk Import Pincodes:

   • Import Option: Upload multiple pincodes at once using the bulk import feature. This is particularly useful for managing large datasets.

   • Sample Template: Download the sample Excel template, adjust the data as necessary, and import the file back into the system to add or update pincodes in bulk.

How to Use:

1. Access Pincode Management:

   • Click on a city name in the City Management section to move to the list of pincodes for that city.

2. Search for a Pincode:

   • Use the search bar to quickly locate a specific pincode within the list.

3. Add a New Pincode:

   • Click on the "Add Pincode" button, enter the necessary details, and save the new pincode to the list.

4. Edit an Existing Pincode:

   • Select a pincode from the list, click on the edit option, update the required information, and save the changes.

5. Delete a Pincode:

   • Select the pincode to be removed, click on the delete option, and confirm the deletion.

6. Bulk Import Pincodes:

   • Download the sample Excel template, fill in the pincode data, and use the import option to upload the data into the system.
